Our Story

Homes Worth Coming Back To

Anew Management Co is a local, full service property management company based in Manistee. We specialize in vacation rentals in the Manistee and Onekama areas, and we also handle mid-term, long-term and corporate housing rentals in Manistee County. Each of our homes has its own character: condos on the Manistee River Channel where you can watch the sailboats and freighters go by, cottages on Bear Lake and Portage Lake, a 1936 farmhouse on a bluff over Lake Michigan, and the suites at the Dala House, a historic building on M-22 in downtown Onekama. Many are an easy walk or a short drive to downtown restaurants and shopping, the beaches and the marina.

We want you to have a memorable and enjoyable stay in all of our properties, and that starts with knowing what to expect. We tell you plainly what a home has and what it doesn't, whether that's no wifi at the Bear Lake cabin or a farmhouse that is still in its first stage of restoration. We are a licensed company and follow local and state tax rules, and a rental agreement is part of every booking. We also ask every guest to respect the house rules, like occupancy limits, no parties and no smoking. Many of those rules come from local ordinances, homeowner's associations or other legal requirements.

Drive straight to your rental and let yourself in with a unique lock code. We email you everything you need, including your codes, the day before you arrive. Most of our homes have a keypad that works 24 hours a day.
