Each suite is equipped with on-demand hot water, water treatment system, top quality beds, and bath linens.
Off street parking is available for large boat trailers/RV's upon request.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Anew Management Co is a premiere vacation rental management for Manistee County. We want to make sure you have a memorable and enjoyable experience in all our properties. Please let us know if you have any questions or special needs during your stay with us. Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. A booking agreement and refundable deposit will be collected at the time of booking. This is an API property. For safety reasons, there are 4 external security cameras in use and one right inside the front door of the public area of the house. Please contact us if there are any questions or concerns.

GUEST SAFETY
There are security cameras on this property for your safety and protection. One is located just inside the main entrance pointed toward the front door; all additional cameras are attached to the outside of the house.
PET POLICY
Pets are NOT allowed on this property. However, if you have a legitimate support or service animal, we will make exceptions with the following stipulations:
1. A $50 pet fee per stay per animal will be collected at the time of booking.
2. A copy of your animal’s certification or Doctor’s signed letter/RX will be required at the time of booking.
3. An updated copy of vaccinations and license will be required at the time of booking.
4. Your support/service animal will remain with you at all times and will never be left alone in the suite.
5. You will clean up any and all messes made inside The Dala House, as well as the yard and any common grounds.
6. You disclose you have a service animal at the time of booking.
