Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.

Anew Management Co is a premiere vacation rental management for Manistee County. Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. A booking agreement and refundable deposit will be collected at the time of booking. This is an API property. For safety reasons, there are 4 external security cameras in use and one right inside the front door of the public area of the house. Please contact us if there are any questions or concerns.
